It’s SATURDAY and it’s day six!

Let me start by saying, Happy Saturday! I’ve waited all week for the weekend and I can’t believe it’s finally here! Yay! I’m shocked that it’s day six already, the time is flying by. We’ve only got four more days then it’s all over… until Christmas that is! That’s right, the Blogger’s Beauty Brawl will once again be back at Christmas – it is tradition, after all.

Today we’re talking BLUSHER

I’ve been quite excited about sharing my blusher of choice, simply because it’s not a product that I would have gone for myself but have become a real fan of. As part of blogger box swap I did with the lovely Beth (we’re name twins) from Beth Eleanor Beauty, I received the Collection Speedy Blush Stick. I tend to use powder blushes as for some reason I was under the impression that they were easier to use. However, since using the Speed Blush Stick from Collection, my mind has been changed once and for all.

When I first tried this, I wasn’t too sure what to expect as I hadn’t really used cream blushes before. From testing it out on my hand, I knew that the colour was quite pigmented and that a little went a long way. So when applying it, I gently pressed the stick to my cheek, just enough to leave a soft, pinky line of colour. I then used my Beauty Blender to blend it in, giving my cheeks a natural-looking, rosy tint. What I love about this blush is how easy to use it is – its creamy consistency makes it easy to apply and blend. I’m also a big fan of how pigmented it is, as this means it can be used for creating a range of looks. (I’ve even heard of some bloggers doubling it up as a lipstick as well as a blush…)

The packaging is sleek and simple and comes in three colours; nude pink, coral and cherry, the shades that the blush stick comes in. The names of the blushes are Tickled Pink – nude pink, Cheeky – coral, and Pinch Me – cherry, I have TICKLED PINK. This is a pinky, red-toned colour. The packaging has a silver bottom and text. The tube that the blush is housed in also has a twist bottom for easy access to the product.

Priced at just £3.99, this blush is most definitely worth the money. The creamy formula and high colour pay off would easily have you thinking that this was a more high end product, rather than a budget one.

Would I recommend it?

I think that it’s pretty obvious that I’m a fan of this product. I love the colour, how easy it is to use, and the fact that it blends like a dream. The low price is, of course, another factor that makes me an even bigger fan. I would most definitely recommend this product, I love it.
